Fair Trade

We had house groups mornings - when our children from Year 1 to Year 6 get together in their houses and experience learning in a different environment, as part of Fair Trade forthnight.

St Bede house in Year 3 and looked at which foods can be Fair Frade, and how to recognise the label.

The children then designed their own (beautiful and delicious) Fair Trade packed lunches. We ended our session by learning about how people are trying to protect the rainforests, and what Fair Trade are also doing to help.
